Intérêts de recherche

My research activity aims at understanding the molecular basis of human disease by using and developing network-based approaches.

In particular, I seek to elucidate the potential role of bacteria and viruses in modulating human health.

I am also interested in: genetic variation impact on cell networks, multifunctional proteins, regulatory sites and signal transduction.
