A position of IE Software Engineer was open to external competition in our laboratory this year.
 

The jury auditioned the candidates and Louis Souville was officially recruited. He will join us in January 2025.
 

His mission will be to ensure the development, implementation and dissemination of new bioinformatics tools and databases, developed with the laboratory's researchers. He/she will also maintain and update these tools, as well as existing ones (database, website). Several of these tools are interfaced and cross-referenced with international databases, and therefore require regular updating (e.g., https://remap.univ-amu.fr/, http://moondb.hb.univ-amu.fr/).
