Scientific and administrative responsabilities
My missions at TAGC involve two main activities:
- responsibility for a molecular and cellular biology technical platform (35%), offering services, training, skills transfer and technological development ;
- technical management of research projects (50%) involving in vitro or in cellulo characterization and validation of new cis-regulatory elements of the genome or genetic variants involved in pathologies such as cancer, sepsis and parasitemia.
In addition to these activities, I perform a number of cross-disciplinary and collective functions (15%): Prevention Assistant, representative on the F4SCT Inserm PACA et Corse, PEP correspondent, Elected C member on the CSS1.
Research interests
Participation in and contribution to research projects aimed at identifying elements in the regulation and control of gene expression.
Supervision of staff and students
Supervision of the activities of staff involved in the cellular and molecular biology technical platform.
