Research interests
I am interested in malaria, sepsis, and cancer. The overall objective is to identify genes, gene networks and their variations involved in the control of infection or the elimination of tumoral cells, and the onset of clinical disease. The project combines bioinformatic approaches with genetics and transcriptomics approaches in human populations, and in animal and cell models.
Teaching
I teach in the master of Bioinformatics, and the master of Structural Biology and Genomics.
