Psychosocial Risks (the PSR unit)
At the instigation of the Prevention Assistants, TAGC management approved the creation of an RPS workgroup to establish an effective assessment and prevention plan consistent with our working environment, and to meet the obligation that came into force in 2019 to include psychosocial risk factors in the single document for the assessment of occupational risks.
This approach is in line with Inserm's policy on the prevention of psychosocial risks within the framework of the Labor Code, which defines the general safety obligation incumbent on employers: âto take the necessary measures to ensure the safety and protect the physical and mental health of workersâ (Article L4121-1 of the Labor Code).
